For schools
Four ways to work with us
Be listed
A basic factual listing is free. We research it from your own public pages, so you do not need to do anything for a school we have already found.
Claim your profile
Verify that you represent the school so that updates you send are reviewed promptly. A claim does not change the research record and does not confer a verification badge.
Send updates and corrections
Fees, deadlines and boarding details change. Send the official page that shows the change and we update the record after checking it.
Discuss sponsorship
Sponsored cards, destination and category placements and enhanced profiles are always labelled Sponsored.
Sponsored placements
No prices, traffic figures or performance promises are published here. Tell us what you would like to promote and we will send a proposal.
Enhanced profile
More room on the school’s own profile: a larger gallery, a welcome panel and prominent official links, clearly labelled.
Sponsored school cards
A labelled sponsored card for one school in the places where families compare boarding schools.
Destination sponsorships
A sponsored slot on a country, state, province, region or city page, for schools that board pupils there.
Category sponsorships
A sponsored slot on a school-type or curriculum page such as girls’ boarding schools or IB boarding schools.
Sponsored destination content
A clearly labelled sponsored article or panel about studying in a destination, written with the sponsor and kept outside the editorial text.
Guide sponsorships
A labelled sponsor mention beside a parent guide. Guide text stays independent.
Rules that do not change
- Basic factual listings are free. A school does not need to pay to be listed.
- Paid placements are always labelled Sponsored.
- We do not sell verification, accreditation display, reviews, rankings or guaranteed inquiries.
- Sponsorship does not change the alphabetical order of any list, and sponsored schools cannot buy a place in researched selections (Best Boarding Schools pages).
- A paid listing does not automatically receive a “Research checked” label: that describes our own review of official sources.
